President's Message on Leadership

President Jim Stevralia has some important thoughts about leadership that he’d like to share with all of our Associates. Here’s just a sample:

Max leaders promote and support their recruits as they themselves were promoted and supported. Leading is not just about taking charge, it’s about knowing when to delegate, when to defer, and when to put others before themselves. In this way a leader inspires confidence in others, as they know that their leader supports them whether they are near or far, the same or different, no matter the circumstances.

Colombia Pre-launch Even Updates

The tour of Colombia has begun as Max continues to start up this exciting new market. VP of Sales Bob Kaelin reports a very successful first meeting in Barranquilla, Colombia this past February 8th. Follow this link to read his full account of how Max is getting off to a great start in Colombia.

The new Bogota office will close early at 5:30 PM COT on February 14 and 15 to allow the staff time to better prepare for the pre-launch meetings at the Dann Carlton Hotel.
