| We decided that instead of trying to be the police of the network we wanted an application that would help enforce our companies Acceptable Use Policy. By emphasizing our Policy for all our applications and having all staff accept that policy daily, we have found in three months, a marked improvement in productivity particularly from the contract staff. |

As Internet and email access is not required full time it has been cost Effective for GAC to use a dialup router, connecting as and when required. The workload had been the same over the last six months, however since installing MaxProfessional an unexpected but significant saving of 50% for the cost of the ISDN line has been recorded. In conclusion, it is very important that we trust our employees and contract staff and they trust us. One of the best features is that MaxProfessional only detects violations that we consider inappropriate, if staff use the system according to our policy then they are not being monitored and therefore the trust is maintained.
