Max privacy settings will not allow your child to reveal private information. For example, your daughter might think she’s talking to a 13 year old boy, and in reality she’s talking to a 40 year old man. He may ask, "Where do you live?","Where do you go to school?" or "What’s your Phone number?". If she types in the answer, Max steps in and does not allow the information to leave your computer.
Also, if your teenager visits a chat room and anything profane or sexual appears, Max will intercept and block the chat session before the content is received on the computer screen. The content will be saved as a "screen capture", and the parent will then be able to view the chat in the report section of the Family Manager. You can also choose the filter settings that will remove your teenager from that chat room in the future.
