The following is the Max Return Policy:
  • If you purchase your MaxProtect during a Trial Promotion, click here to read our Trial Promotion Return and Credit Policy.
  • Max will repair, replace or credit any purchase returned within 30 days of original invoice, no questions asked.
  • Max product must be returned in resellable condition with no visible wear or damage.
  • Any reported DOA (dead on arrival) product will be expedited, cross shipping may be available.
  • Any opened Max software may be returned for exchange only. Max does not allow opened software to be returned for credit.
  • Max does not credit shipping and handling charges and will apply a 10% restocking fee.
