- If your order is cancelled within the trial period your copy of MaxProtect will be de-activated and your credit card will not be charged.
If you ordered a copy of MaxProtect (in a retail box) to be shipped to your home.

- If you would like to return a Max product, please print and follow the Max RMA instructions.
- Max will repair, replace or credit any purchase returned within 30 days of original invoice, no questions asked.
- Max product must be returned in resellable condition with no visible wear or damage.
- Any reported DOA (dead on arrival) product will be expedited, cross shipping may be available.
- Any opened Max software may be returned during the initial trial period only.
- Max does not credit shipping and handling charges.
