Simple Twist of Weight

Meghan has a tough time finding a wedding dress that works .Then, the girls go on a wellness retreat, and they're met with boot camp-like workouts that push them to their limits. Ashely breaks down in pain, threatening her weight loss goals.

Weight Women Can't Jump

The BFFs struggle with the rigors of Fit Farm, where Ashely learns to push herself past her comfort zone, and Vannessa realizes she's capable of more than she thought. Meghan faces uncomfortable truths about her upcoming wedding, and Tina finally snaps.

Fit Farm is finally over, and Ashely and Tina meet with Dr. Procter to hopefully get approved for surgery. Meanwhile, Meghan moves full speed ahead with choosing a wedding venue and picking her cake, while Vannessa lets off steam riding a mechanical bull!

It's Meghan and Jon's wedding day! When she gets cold feet, she leans toward leaving Jon at the altar. Tina and Ashely are getting bariatric surgery on the same day! While Ashely is under the knife, Tina refuses to show up for her operation.
